Water runs away from the house. Then the lawn goes in.
Good grading is invisible until it rains. We shape the yard so water runs away from the foundation and off the walks, fill the low spots that hold water, and take down the humps the mower scalps.
On new construction we finish grade around the house, spread topsoil and get it ready for sod. Most of our grading jobs finish with sod we lay ourselves, so one crew handles it from dirt to lawn.

Will grading fix water by my foundation?
Grading the yard to slope away from the house is usually the first fix. Landon will look at where the water goes and quote what it needs.
Do you lay sod after grading?
Yes. Most of our grading jobs finish with sod.
Do you do new construction?
Yes. We finish grade around new homes and get them ready for sod.
